Facilitator & Coach Shaunda Thompson is an Army veteran, Certified Life and Empowerment Coach and Career/Industry Coach with certifications and training in interpreting the Strong Interest Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, What’s My Communication Style and Clifton Strengths assessments. Her education includes master's and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Illinois at Springfield. In the Fall of 2021, she will pursue a second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to better support transitioning service members and their spouses, as they transition into the civilian world.
Shaunda is also an author and adjunct professor. With over 10 years of experience, Shaunda is a seasoned trainer, speaker and coach who specializes in helping individuals to imagine and brand their potential and possibilities through career and professional image development. After transitioning from the military, Shaunda worked in Community and Corporate Banking and Early Childhood Education. Shaunda is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers, the National Career Development Association and the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. |
