Mike is the Global Director of Human Capital for Proficio, Inc. a Global Cyber Security Firm in California, Spain, England, and Singapore. He served in the U.S. Army for 6 years and was an Airborne Infantry Soldier, 11 BRAVO.

He also has been an Adjunct Professor at UMASS Global teaching Graduate and Undergraduate courses in Business and Professional Studies. He is also teaching the same courses for University of Massachusetts.

He and his company also partner with Wounded Warrior Project and Hiring Our Heroes. Mike earned an MBA in Human Resource Management.
